Continuum Industries is a GreenTech company accelerating new linear infrastructure route development - with confidence. We have developed an AI-powered tool called Optioneer that helps plan new infrastructure projects much faster and at lower risk. Since launch, we have supported over 25,000 miles of new linear infrastructure - underground and subsea power cables, overhead transmission lines, hydrogen and water pipelines. Our customers include large enterprises like National Grid, BP, RWE, SSE, SGN and Xodus Group.

As our very first full-time dedicated product professional, you'll help execute on our product roadmap and help us gain further traction among B2B enterprise users. Your mission: transform the user experience, untangle UX debt, and eliminate blockers for scalable adoption. Beyond that, architect the product for enterprise readiness, collaboration, and scalability across diverse geographies. We need a visionary who thrives in complexity, understands technical user personas, and is ready to define work-defining workflows in this transformative role.

Key responsibilities:

  • Product Strategy and Roadmap: Work with the CPO to develop and execute a strategic product roadmap aligned with business goals, leveraging new technology, integrations and world-class design to enhance our linear infrastructure.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams such as Engineering, Sales and Product Design to ensure the delivery of high-quality products that align with business objectives.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with stakeholders across Continuum Industries to ensure seamless integration and functionality of our AI tool.
  • Release Planning: Collaborate with Engineering, Product Design, Product Marketing and Sales Enablement to define release goals that align with business and technology objectives.
  • Product Documentation: Prepare key feature and workflow docs and maintain and review product documentations.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide product leadership to the wider team, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and emerging trends.
  • Market Understanding: Stay abreast of market trends, customer needs, and competition to inform CI’s product decisions and innovations.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in product management with a focus on B2B SaaS solutions.
  • Proven experience in AI-driven product development and implementation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to execute on product roadmaps and delight customers.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Entrepreneurial and able to think quickly on your feet.

Bonus points for:

  • Experience or knowledge of the infrastructure planning, civil engineering, renewables sector etc.
  • Working with complex products that require outbound sales, hands-on implementation / configuration / first time deployments
  • Working with mapping / GIS / 3D vis / engineering (CAD) software
  • Creating products based on cross functional collaboration
